Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! At Stunnerz Official, we guarantee that you’ll receive exactly what you see on our website. Each product is carefully checked before shipping to make sure the quality, color, and design match the pictures shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

A digital sales receipt is sent automatically to your email after you place an order. You can also view all your past orders and receipts by logging into your account on our website.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order (extendable up to 14 days in special cases). Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging.

  • Exchanges: If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product, we’ll happily exchange it once we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only offered if the product has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item. All other cases are eligible for exchange only.

We currently ship all across Pakistan within 3–5 working days. Shipping is a flat Rs. 250, and orders above Rs. 3000 qualify for free delivery.
