Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order (extendable up to 14 days in special cases).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Sale or discounted items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Exchange may only be offered if stock is available.
Customized, personalized, or hygiene-related products (such as caps, innerwear, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective product, you can request an exchange.
Exchanges are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
All return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered in case of a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was shipped.
In all other cases, we encourage exchanges instead of refunds.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Hygiene-related items (e.g., caps, innerwear).

Stunnerz Official reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.
